The process was straightforward. There was an online MCQ test for the particular technology, followed by a technical interview. The interviewer was very rude. She was the TL and was not at all open to understanding my situation. I was changing jobs within 2 months due to discrepancies in the job specification and job role. Just because the company was a well-known brand, she argued about how I could change companies and wasn't even giving me a chance to explain. She was dominant, rude, and demotivating. She asked questions, and if my answer was wrong, she used to laugh and say, 'Nooo, that's not the answer.' The entire interview was about her demotivating me, and me trying to explain my side. I wasn't expecting this from Accenture.
