Started with an HR taking all your details about CTC, ECTC, any offers you're holding, etc., and then scheduling interviews. After the process, another HR called for offer negotiation. The first HR that called and asked about the CTC and ECTC, after hearing about the ECTC, asked if I was fine with anything more than the offer I was holding. I said we could work with that. But during the final offer negotiation, I was told they couldn't even offer me what I was currently holding, but something way below that. The issue is that they misled me into believing something and then did something totally different. On confrontation, they just sugarcoated things and commented on my state of mind. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, especially from a reputed company like Accenture.
