Pros: Being associated with a global consulting/technology leader adds weight to your resume. Having Accenture on your profile can open doors in many industries. Certifications and continuous learning are important. They provide programs, upskilling, and exposure to new technologies. Salary, benefits, health, paid leave, and parental leave, etc., can be pretty good compared to many companies, especially in similar consulting/tech service spaces.

Cons: Promotion, Recognition & Rating Systems Issues Some complaints: * Performance ratings and bonus/variable pay aren’t always transparent. * Sometimes people see less reward than expected for effort. * Competition is high.

Pros: Full fun games, breaks, no pros as such.

Cons: Worked at Google Flights dev team. The lead and fellow team members made my departure very toxic. I wasn't even offered a farewell, although I paid for other people's farewells for three years. Also, the former senior manager of that team was a gossip monger. He would leak all the confidential chats that happened with the team at the time of appraisals, which were told would be confidential. The lead of the team also used to bully a few members.
