Worst interview process ever. I don't know if my experience will make any impact on the recruitment process or not, but still, I genuinely wanted to make others aware of this scam.

Usually, there's a technical round followed by managerial and HR rounds. I cleared all rounds and received a congratulations email from Accenture as well. The email mentioned that we would reach out to you for offer discussion soon. At the same time, I checked the Accenture portal; it was mentioned that due to demand availability, we are delaying your candidature.

First of all, I visited their office location only for a 10-minute interview on the day before this happened. Even when HR was completely aware of the demand issue, they asked me to submit all my documents. Was HR not aware of the demand availability issue at that time?

Secondly, after receiving the congratulations email and seeing that message on the portal, I tried to contact Accenture HR numerous times. Not a single person from the HR team replied. I wrote emails; I called my POC. She simply ignored me. Truly unprofessional behavior, dear!!! At least show some professionalism, Accenture, by sending this over email or simply don't send a congratulations email.

I must say you need to work on your internal portal and recruitment process first, rather than providing great solutions to valuable clients.

I will definitely tell you, I will never apply to Accenture again. Also, as I am seeing you are behaving this way with lots of candidates, I am pretty much sure it will cost you your trustworthiness.
