Pros: The processes framed for every activity, the training programs, and the benefits after getting certified in the latest technologies.

Cons: Too much red tape. Internal applications do not work fast.

Pros: Work is good with good WLB.

Cons: Growth and hike is minimal

Pros: I currently work here, and other than getting a paycheck, I can’t see any pros here. Four years into the job, and the client pushed for a promotion, and so did the project lead, but Accenture didn’t have the “money.” Yet, they are hiring more engineers and managers. It’s a rinse and repeat model. New grads are cheaper and work like rats at a young age. Then, after 2-3 years of no promotion, they get stagnant in their careers and can’t find a way out. Escaping the rat race becomes hard.

Cons: Lack of leadership coming down from the CEO to the North American CEO and however many random leadership positions they have that do absolutely nothing but collect larger paychecks. For better mental health, don’t come if you have a chance.
