Three rounds in total. The first round was technical, the second was HR, and the final round was messy, not to be judged what kind of round it was. The first two rounds were very professional. The third round happened after a two-week gap and was rescheduled five times. The interviewer and HR joined the video call 15 minutes late. The interviewer spoke for two minutes and disconnected the call. He only checked if I have DELL BOOMI experience, which I have nowhere mentioned in my profile or prior rounds.

After one hour, I received an email mentioning I was rejected. I was disappointed with the third interview panel. If the decision is to reject the resource, what is the point in making them wait for two weeks even after the HR round?
