My advice is to avoid this company.

Received an email from the recruiter and got a meeting invite for the technical discussion.

After that, I got an email stating the first round went well and the second round was scheduled.

On the day of the interview, no one from the panel joined the meeting. I emailed HR about the same, and there was no reply for a couple of days.

After two days, I just received an automated email saying I was not the best fit for that role, without even being interviewed.

I wrote a couple more emails to HR asking about this to understand it, but was ghosted by HR.

Overall, a bad experience from the HR/organization.
