To get the interview scheduled, you get called by at least 6-7 different people from the HR team. Why can't it be one person talking to the candidate? I gave this feedback to each of the HR reps who called me, but nobody wants to take it seriously!

Pros: In general, they don't control you as much during the day as long as you are able to do your tasks. On the other hand, there are people who can help you a lot and you can learn.
Cons: A lot of disorganization with the client and absurd bureaucracy. Some project managers couldn't care less, and projects end up being a chaotic mess without control. Some projects can be painful to endure. Very bad hours, with no possibility of flexibility in the weekly schedule.
