Had an interview at Accenture in February 2025. The panel seemed uninterested and conducted the interview just as a formality. When asked for feedback, they said I needed to improve, even though I answered 80% of the questions. No questions were asked about the must-have skills listed in the job description. There were no coding questions, and the interview lasted only 15 minutes.
