Worst interview process I have ever seen. It takes months for the interview to be scheduled. Most of the HR I have interacted with seemed to be very unprofessional and lacked the basic skills for an HR discussion and salary negotiation. Even after clearing all interview rounds, if the candidate is asking for more salary than the salary bracket, then the candidate's profile is put on hold immediately and is ultimately removed from the job portal without any salary negotiation.
