- You are given a chance to talk to executives.
- Performance management is good. At least there are bases on which you can be promoted.
Cons: - Low salary.
- Deploying in a good project is like a lottery.
- If you are not lucky, you will end up in a project that is so toxic, and you will be working even on weekends.
