Process
Interview was scheduled at 4 PM and it appeared to be an elimination panel, or rather, the interviewer intended to reject.
Interviewer joined late by 7 minutes.
Most of the questions were theoretical, and some did not make sense. Probably the interviewer searched something on the internet to ask and entered the panel.
Note: You cannot evaluate someone with 5 years of experience just by asking a few theoretical questions in a span of 10 minutes.
This feedback is based on the panel that I attended only.
