At first, there was an HR interview. We talked about me, but HR constantly boasted about the company's successful projects. It ended with some 'IQ tests' in which code was formatted for unreadability intentionally (e.g., weird spaces added, lines removed, or added to pose difficulties for the reader of the code). I hope it was not an example from the successful projects.
After a few days, we scheduled a technical interview. I was welcomed with the exact words, "Hello, we have a lot of questions about the things you write in your resume if you actually have done all of that." The main topic of the discussion was my opinion on overtime and how I 'punish' underperforming juniors.
I never heard of them again. I think I wasn't a good fit for the company!
