1st round: online test. 2nd round: technical. 3rd round: HR. 4th round: MR.

When I applied, I received an email stating that a total of 3 rounds would happen. However, I ended up giving 4 rounds. After that, there was no response from the Accenture team.

I received a call for the 3rd round, which was an HR discussion. But after the interview, the interviewer said that he would give feedback to HR.

Then, I received a call for the 4th round, the MR round. Again, he said that he would give feedback to HR.

But there was no information from their side afterward.

I don't understand how such unprofessional behavior can occur in such a big company.
