I gave an interview in 2021 and got rejected in the HR round because apparently she was washing dishes at home during Covid and did not like that I demanded 6 LPA at that time.
Recently, I scheduled an interview in 2026 for Dynamics 365. I thought they would have learned the importance of mental health, but it was all in vain. The HRs working there are so rude, and they do not understand personal emergencies. They demand to know what the personal emergency is. So you can understand the toxic work culture still going on in the company.
