Process
The process started with an initial call from the recruiter. I had applied for a Salesforce Full Stack Developer role without any prior experience in Salesforce. The profile got shortlisted, and I was asked to appear for a Microsoft Teams interview. They also sent me one assignment related to a Salesforce batch job to check if I would be able to complete it without having any experience on Salesforce.
The interview was conducted with the Associate Director and a Manager. Both were really nice.
Questions
The interview moved around Salesforce assignments and questions about APIs, performance, and real-time scenarios.
