A day before the interview, I received a link for a virtual interview. The HR informed me that I would get an MCQ link the next morning and insisted that I complete the MCQ before the interview. She did not, however, mention that passing the MCQ was a prerequisite for the interview. I completed my MCQ that morning. At 12 PM, I put my phone on silent and logged into the interview, waiting for the interviewer. No one joined until 12:10 PM, so I checked my phone. There were multiple calls from the HR, and she was literally yelling at me. She then checked the MCQ results and sent me a new interview link. I don't understand why they sent the link the day before.
