I cleared the first round (technical) and got rejected in the managerial round because of my non-updated resume. Like the dumbest manager I would have had come across on this planet, who had no respect for a candidate's company, even though he was working in a service-based one. Ego problems, attitude, and attention-seeking personalities like them might take them ahead in their lives, but in the longer run, it isn't fruitful. Let me tell you, judge a candidate on the basis of his/her technical abilities and not by something written on paper! His name was Suresh, not sure which department he belonged to. He asked me whether I could change my tech stack. I mean, after 7 years of my career, I have never been asked this. The role was something else, and he was asking me something else. A confused manager, totally dumb. He was even literally taking my company's name as if he owned Accenture! It was the worst interview I ever had in my entire career.
