Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - Gurgaon, India
Process
The first interview was to be face to face. They called me to the Accenture office, and I gave the interview over call!
The second interview round happened many weeks later, abruptly without any schedule, while I was out.
Then I got the offer pretty fast.
On reaching the office on my joining date, I was told my HR wasn't reachable and I'd be given another offer letter with another date!
Had to fight over emails and got a date further 4-5 days later. I switched cities for this!
Not a good experience.
