Pros: Great work environment, good hikes, and employee caring policies.

Cons: Too many certifications and exams

Pros: Team friendly, manager good, work culture.

Cons: Shortage of professionals, pay scale, band.

Pros: There's a lot of opportunity for skill development, but time management is very difficult. Due to high work pressure, it's not easy to balance work life with personal life. They provide very good compensation for skilled, hard-working employees, including overtime, comp-offs, pay for holiday work, and meal coupons included with CTC. Company work culture is good, depending on the project. Accenture has a strong HR policy that listens to employee issues, connects one-on-one as per request, and even takes action if required. Job security is good; if a project ramps down, employees are accommodated into different deals. Growth depends on your performance. For me, I received a good increment after completing 1 year with hard work in remote KT, project improvement, SOP creation, cross-training, and multiple ad-hoc works. Opportunities arise if the employee is a releasable resource; otherwise, they stick with the same project. Due to the good behavior of management and team members, I feel good at Accenture compared to my ex-companies. Overall, I can say if an employee works well, they will receive good benefits.

Cons: Never say no to clients' ad hoc requests. Even if it's not in the scope of any employee, you still need to deliver within a very short time and extend working hours. Accenture provides overtime for that, but sometimes it is hectic from the employee's perspective.
