Never apply for Accenture if, in the past, you have ever absconded from a company and it is reflecting in your UAN.

I applied for Accenture and got selected. I received the offer letter, cover letter, and a joining date 2.5 months after the offer letter generation date. They conduct background verification after 1.5 months. After 2 months, they told me I had additional companies in my UAN that I had not mentioned. I told them it was for 2 or 4 days of working, so I had not mentioned them. However, they were asking for documents from these companies. So, they withdrew the offer after 2 months.

In these 2 months, I received calls from them 3 to 4 times, and I asked them if my joining was confirmed. They told me yes.

Just because of the additional companies, they withdrew the offer. This thing should be confirmed during the interview process. Why waste a candidate's time for 2 months?

I received offers and had interviews with good companies, but I denied them as I thought Accenture was a brand name. But the hiring process is so bad.

So, if anyone has absconded from a company in the past, reflecting in their UAN, then never apply for Accenture because they waste the candidate's time.

Interview questions are very easy. Asp.net webforms questions, C# questions, and simple SQL Server questions they asked. Just revise the basic concepts of Asp.net, C#, and SQL Server.
