Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - India
Process
After applying on the portal, I received a call after 2 months. The interview was rescheduled thrice due to the interviewer not being available.
After 3 months, I cleared the 1st test, the technical round, and the HR round within 8 days.
After clearing all these, I didn't receive an offer letter.
I followed up with HR, but HR told me I would get the offer letter after background verification.
I accepted an offer and joined that company but still didn't receive the Accenture offer. Very bad recruitment process.
