Overall, the interview process was good: writing a job description, posting a job, scheduling interviews, conducting preliminary interviews, conducting in-person interviews, following up with candidates, and making a hire.

First, there was a written test at my college premises. I cleared the aptitude test, which had 20 questions of aptitude and 2 algorithms.

Then, there was a Group Discussion on Skype. I was told that at 2–3 PM there would be a group discussion on a specific date. I waited 3 hours in front of my laptop, but no Skype call was made for the group discussion.
