Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - Mumbai, India
Process
Worst interview process ever seen. There was no coordination between HR and the interview panel. They would reschedule interviews at any time, and sometimes the panel would not join.
Once you cleared all the rounds, the HR would say they would release the offer very soon, but they wouldn't respond in spite of multiple follow-ups.
Questions
They are still not responding after clearing all interview rounds.
