Process
I applied online.
Had an HR interview and technical interview with Accenture Baltics. The technical interview was like an exam where the interviewer was reading a list of questions and I had to answer them. Got an offer, but they offered a salary 40% lower than I asked for.

Good Culture, Frustrating Placement
Senior Software Engineer • Current Employee
Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
August 30, 2016
Pros: Good work culture. Depends on the project you are in. I was lucky to be in a good one.
Flexible hours and many fun events and goodies.
Cons: After campus placement, freshers are trained in a particular domain based on their name's first letter.
It does not matter which field you want to work in, or anything else. Even after you top the .NET freshers' training batch, you are dumped into a project that requires only Excel work.
It's frustrating.
