Pros: Accenture's internal operations are good.

Cons: Most of my cons are with respect to my project. This might be different across different projects. 1. Poor project management. 2. Business analysts are useless; they neither understand the client's asks nor their team. 3. Too much useless talk in meetings. Meetings are not generally crisp. I'm sharing my experience from one of my projects, but this case is not limited to this project alone. I was working on a development project with 16 team members, all working on different modules. Every day, our project manager had a meeting with all of us in a single call where he went asking each one of us what we were working on. All issues and concerns that were to be discussed offline were discussed during that meeting, which originally was scheduled to be 1 hour but lasted more than 2 to 2.5 hours. There goes half of my day. Then your weekends and your family time are gone.

Pros: Good work culture. No weekend work.

Cons: No such concerns found which can be mentioned.

Pros: Amazing workplace and culture, ability to learn new technologies and roles.

Cons: No cons from my end for this company.
