Went through a tedious and really long interview process to know that they do not have a requirement open after clearing all rounds and submitting a truckload of documents.

Firstly, there are way too many HRs who would be communicating with you, so you have to keep updating everyone over and again.

There is active communication from the HR team as long as they need information/documents from you, but if you have a query, no one picks up the calls or responds to emails.

No one knows what round of interview you are attending (it is a surprise, I guess!). One email says you have cleared all the interviews and have an HR discussion, and BAM, you have another round of interview out of the blue.

Despite going through all this and clearing all the interviews, submitting all the documents, and patiently waiting for an HR discussion (as per their email), you learn after 10 days that they do not have a relevant opening for the role.

And the HR cannot take two minutes of their time to intimate the same to the candidate.

I assume they are busy creating confusion with some other candidate.

If you get an interview call from Accenture, do not waste your time, because they do not have clarity whether or not to recruit for the positions they put up..!
