Pros: 1. Great professional working culture.
2. Management is supportive based on your project (whether it belongs to IT/Operation).
3. N-number of projects for IT developers, so no need to worry about the bench program.
4. Free cab facility for their employees.
Cons: Again, it depends on projects. Politics will be there inside the team, not in the company.
