I was called for an initial interview to get to know the candidate. The interviewer was friendly and we discussed what the job is like there, positions, etc. Afterwards, however, I didn't receive any further feedback stating whether the outcome had been positive or negative. Months later, I received calls from recruiters asking if I would be interested in participating in a new selection process, but I was no longer interested.
