Pros: Very good work environment and helps new members.

Cons: I have no disadvantages at the moment.

Pros: More Work-Life Balance, Good Values

Cons: Managers are not always experts, but not all managers are.

Pros: Modern technology. Training opportunities. Can move around to different locations or departments.

Cons: Does not listen to employee suggestions. They have a methodology in place, and they're sticking to it no matter how ineffective, ill-suited, or illogical it is. There is more red tape here than any government department. Lack of leave. Have you experienced a life event and need time off? Perhaps you experienced a non-work-related injury or hardship that prevents you from working? Well, I hope you saved some vacation or can forgo getting paid! Unreasonable work expectations. Accenture expects you to work until the job is done and doesn't pay overtime between 40 and 44 hours of work. They also expect you to provide your personal contact information so you can be contacted after hours if another employee requires your advice or assistance. Over-documentation. No documentation is bad, but Accenture is obsessed with documenting things that have no real business value.
