Pros: Good company name in the market. If you get good technology, you will get good money afterwards.

Cons: No work-life balance. Managers are the worst part; they will do anything to please the client.

Pros: - Prestigious company. - Very stable job; impossible to get fired. - Some of the projects are really interesting and great for your CV.

Cons: Mobbing in several teams I worked was on a daily basis. It is assumed work is the most important thing in your life. You will be asked often to do overtime, and it is very hard to book your holidays, even long in advance. Promotions are not based on skills but rather on visibility. That means a lot of 'loud', 'too proud' people get promoted while quiet but very competent people get unnoticed. Salaries and other benefits are below average, especially for technical roles. It is a company where every single day you hear about great values, being very inclusive, tolerant, accepting, etc. All the trainings are about 'being politically correct', 'non-abusive', etc. There are teams where it looks like management never attended those trainings.

Pros: Safe, reliable, you work in a multinational company.

Cons: Work-life balance: Non-existent, and too much work.
