Pros: I've been working here for more than 3 years on a bank project under Praneeth Reddy Molakala Sir. It's been an awesome experience working in Accenture. Comparatively, you get good hikes. And you will get a chance to work with good, skilled colleagues. It might differ from project to project. But in my current project, my experience is good.
Cons: Negligible cons when compared to other IT companies.
