The interview was mostly about my resume. I was not asked coding questions at all. All the things in my resume were thoroughly asked. He asked me about my strengths and weakness. He also gave me some scenarios to tackle. The interview was of 15 minutes, mostly.

Flexible schedule.
On-site ATMs, doctor, and masseuse.
Constant training, among others.
Cons: The training sessions can be a bit tedious and repetitive. It's not a company to build a career in, and eventually, when you gain experience, the salary is not competitive.
