Pros: If you want a technical challenge, this is a nice place to work at. The company offers free certification exams. If one is upskilled (new tech skill training), the certification exam is mandatory – again, free of charge. Also, it is always nice to have Accenture on your CV.
Cons: Salary is not as high compared to other IT consulting firms. Half of the time, there is too much work, and you'll need to work overtime, impacting your work/life balance.
Benefits are slowly being reduced.
