It consists of 4 rounds: Aptitude, Coding, Communication, and Final interview.
After you clear the aptitude round, you get the notification for the coding round only 5 minutes later. Then, for some days, you get the communication round. After that, the final interview round will happen.

I really don't have any other nice things to say. I am required to write twenty characters in this field.
Cons: Bad leadership, unempowered employees, and a lack of a singular vision. You need to know the right people to get promoted. Pay is below industry standard. They'll brainwash you into thinking it's the best place to work. The grass is actually greener on the other side.
