Process
The first round was a Technical and Cognitive Assessment Test. In it, aptitude and general technical knowledge were checked. The second round was a Coding round. In it, two codes were asked. After clearing it, you have to take a Communication Assessment. After clearing it, there is an interview.

They were all HR related questions. They asked about my personal self and all.

Pros: Acquiring knowledge quickly, flexible schedules, use of new tools.
Cons: The salary is normal, it could be improved. Too many training videos that are not useful, and the topic of inclusion is tiresome.

Senior devs are very helpful.
Pay is pretty decent if you are in a small town.
