Cons: Some embarrassing managers and team leaders, ready to offend (like real "bullies") confident in their leadership role. It all depends on the team you're allocated to. Having had the opportunity to change teams, I've met prepared, helpful, and kind people who make you feel part of a team... it's just a matter of luck. Fast growth opportunities only for the most sycophantic.
