After a phone call, we scheduled a technical interview that lasted one hour. The HR was welcoming through the process, but in the technical interview, I had no questions about my past developer experiences.

2. Good Hike.
3. Managers are good; they listen to employees and emphasize innovation. You have the ability to move into different domains of technology depending on your interest.
Cons: Moving in different domains is a little bit difficult.
