Pros: Good benefits and facilities, especially if you are in the BGC office.
Cons: Strong office politics. Team leads are kinda bullies.

Pros: I learned so much about interacting with clients and developing the product being requested. Sometimes it gets tedious, especially when the client asks to change a major part of the product that's already been made. The good thing about it is that my co-workers helped me cope with the circumstance by teaching different strategies in developing a product in such a way that major changes may still be done in an easier manner. That's how I learned MVC.
Cons: The downside, maybe in the branch where I had my internship, was that people tended to not be friendly and sometimes appeared to be judging me because I was just an intern.
Another downside is that I was only given a workstation that barely had the necessary tools to do the tasks that were assigned to me. I had to download and install various trial versions of developer tools, such as Visual Studio, which cost me a lot of time just waiting for the download and installation to finish.
