Pros: For a first job, it is very good.
Cons: Depending on the client you have, your salary, the Accenture one, ends up being low.

Good place to work
Software Developer • Former Employee

Pros: Nice environment and a good place to learn.
Cons: Sometimes you don't grow that fast.

Good but not very good
Software Developer • Current Employee
Cagliari, Sardinia, Italy
October 31, 2021
Pros: Benefit
* Security in receiving your salary every month
* Overtime always paid (when applicable)
* Young environment
* Growth opportunities
* Job opportunities for (almost) everyone
Cons: The work is often not stimulating (due to projects inherited from other companies developed in the cucco era).
Only the luckiest, blessed by the Lord, work on projects with new technologies or do AI or ML.
No smart working abroad.
Farce of "we are all one big family".
You are often placed to work where you are needed and not where you want; sometimes you are forgotten.
Quite mediocre equipment.
