Pros: They hire students and graduates with no experience.

Cons: Pay progression is awful; management is often a roulette.

Pros: Good company in general, I think.

Cons: Insufficient working environment in some projects.

Pros: - Prestigious company. - Very stable job; impossible to get fired. - Some of the projects are really interesting and great for your CV.

Cons: Mobbing in several teams I worked was on a daily basis. It is assumed work is the most important thing in your life. You will be asked often to do overtime, and it is very hard to book your holidays, even long in advance. Promotions are not based on skills but rather on visibility. That means a lot of 'loud', 'too proud' people get promoted while quiet but very competent people get unnoticed. Salaries and other benefits are below average, especially for technical roles. It is a company where every single day you hear about great values, being very inclusive, tolerant, accepting, etc. All the trainings are about 'being politically correct', 'non-abusive', etc. There are teams where it looks like management never attended those trainings.
