In the first round, they asked pure DSA. In the second round, they asked DSA along with my work, what I do in my day-to-day life.

Pros: supportive work culture, best work-life balance
Cons: Promotions are very slow. Even they don't give increments. Before an increment, they will change your project to some other tech where you can't show your experience, and then they will not give a promotion.
