Pros: Mixed bag of people.
Get to learn initially.
Cons: A lot of office politics. In my case, onshore and offshore leadership were in a tussle. The offshore resources had to leave because the new offshore leadership did not want us in the team and they wanted to prove a point to the long-established onshore leadership.
