Pros: Management listens to our sentiments and actually tries to level with us and do something to help with our concerns. This enables us to work better and achieve work-life balance.

Cons: It’s been quite some time since we have been compensated well. Even increases and promotions are not given accordingly.

Pros: Accenture is a good company to work with. You will get a good environment to work in. Incentives are provided. Bonus is also good.

Cons: In Accenture, you cannot decide your domain or in which field you want to work. You cannot expect growth to be certain.

Pros: Was posted to ENH/OPS team and had a great experience with the team. The team lead, who was also my supervisor, was understanding and friendly to everyone on the team. Effective communication among the team, where there is a weekly stand-up meeting to update each other on their progress for their tasks. The team lead takes care of the team by checking on their tasks. If help is needed, they will assign another teammate to assist on the task.

Cons: As an intern, they treat you like one. This means the tasks given can be small, and you will find yourself with a lot of downtime. However, you can still learn some of the frameworks that are used in the project.
