Process
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks.
There were 3 rounds for freshers (right out of college):
- Written (Logical reasoning + Data Structures & Critical Thinking)
- Face to face (1st round technical questions around Java, SQL & Algorithms)
- Face to face with manager (fitment & behavioural evaluation)
Post that it was telephonic discussion with HR on package (which was fixed and no negotiation).
