Pros: Culture at Accenture is awesome. People treat each other with respect and they give space.
Cons: The company is too big; you might not feel like you are seen.

Pros: The only pro I find at Accenture is that it is a very organized company.
Cons: 1. Not employee friendly.
2. Capacity planning is the worst. A developer could be put into a support project.
3. Worst company to join if you are a fresher. This company does not care about your background and can put you in any support project (even an L1 role).
4. As soon as one has worked for 2 years, it is advisable to move out from the company, as the hike would be less than 5% on average.
5. There is a lot of politics involved in projects, and regionalism is favored.
