Software Engineer Interview Experience - Budapest, Hungary
January 4, 2022
Negative ExperienceNo Offer
Process
It was an online tech interview with a senior developer from Budapest, around 2 years ago. I didn't get any feedback.
Before the interview, they were calling me several times, but after it, no email, no phone call.
Maybe I was that bad for the position, but they could have sent an email.

Pros: It is a great company to work with and an awesome work environment with nice people around you all the time.
Cons: Nothing at all is bad about this company, but it does pay a bit less to an employee who is working all year compared to a new joiner.

Software Engineer • Former Employee

Pros: Lots of opportunities to learn and grow. Very good work environment and good pay.
Cons: Team is everything. If you don't get a good team, all the things I stated in PROS will not happen.
So, once again, TEAM IS EVERYTHING.
