Cons: This place is a joke. Some managers have no idea how to run a team.
I just wonder how they are managers; they have no IT skill or professionalism. Most of them curse in meetings and on the floor.
Away too much work till you bleed, 24/7.
Got hired as an engineer after clearance cleared. I got moved to work as a developer with no training or guidance, just go watch Udemy, really?
Favoritism. Talent has no room here anymore; kiss to get promotion.
