Pros: 1. First and foremost, all the pros and cons depend on the team and the project you work in. 2. In my case, although I have gotten into a production support team, it is the best I can say, as I have had multiple opportunities to learn different technology stacks. 3. Third important factor is the team members, and in my case I have had most of the people helping me at the initial phase of the career. 4. Overall, I think it was the best decision that I took on joining Accenture.

Cons: 1. Like every company and every team, there will be a couple of annoying people, but that doesn't define the nature of the company. 2. So, you'll have to handle those kinds of people when you try progressing yourself.

Pros: Experienced candidates can join the company. They will receive a high package.

Cons: Affects work-life balance for freshers.

Pros: Good work culture, but no friends in the workplace. You have to focus only on work.

Cons: No team lunch or outing. Only work. Not a good package or hike.
