Pros: They have bootcamps, vouchers for certifications, and have established groups of technology sections.
There is a high chance of being mentored by a good senior there.
Cons: Like any company, it's hard to upkeep political relationships if you are seeking to climb the corporate ladder.
They also have low pay for homegrown employees.
